Deep-Tissue This type of massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.
Prenatal/Pregnancy Safe, nurturing massage techniques are adapted to each stage of pregnancy. This tranquil massage will alleviate pressure on the joints, reduce swelling in the legs, relieve lower back pain and aid the body during this special time of transformation in a woman's life.
Trigger Point Therapy is a method that applies concentrated finger pressure to trigger points to break cycles of spasm and pain. A trigger point is an irritated area in muscle fibers that when compressed may elicit pain or a twitching response.
Active Isolated Stretching is gentle and active, meaning you initiate a stretch, with the therapist guiding you and assisting to take you progressively slightly further with each repetition of the stretch
Chair Massage while you sit on a specialized massage chair, the massage focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, while you remain clothed.
